Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items or contact me with questions.

Estimated shipping times

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Exchanges and Refunds

I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations but please contact me right away if you have any problems with your order. 

Product Care Information

When your new wreath arrives, it will be secured to the shipping box with pipe cleaners. These will be a bright color so you can find them easily. Clip the pipe cleaners carefully and remove your wreath from the box.

Some fluffing of the ribbons and bows may be needed, but it is so easy! Just move the ribbons around to your liking and give your bow a light fluff as well. If you have any questions about fluffing the ribbons or bow, just message me!

Wreaths do best when hung under an overhang or partially protected from the elements.  If possible, bring your wreath in during storms, wind and inclement weather.  Avoid long periods of direct sunlight to avoid the normal fading that can happen in the sun.
